Strategic Aim

Through a positive and consistent approach to behaviour management, we will develop a positive and welcoming community culture of safety, inclusion and belonging, providing opportunities and support for all to learn and grow.

Through professional collaboration we will develop an effective learning climate within Greenfield Academy where all learners feel empowered to participate actively and where successful learning is evident.

We will develop our policies and practices to maximise the achievement and ambitions of all our learners, while safeguarding outcomes for those most at risk.

Outcomes

Classrooms are calm spaces where learners feel safe, valued and are ready to engage in their learning.

There is a shared understanding and consistent application of high-quality learning and teaching within a culture characterised by appropriate professional learning and collegiate working.

Increase in cohort % of L5 secured attainment in S4

Overall school attendance is higher than 88% for session 2025-26.

The Dundee Standard of Inclusive Practice is becoming embedded and is evident in all learning settings.

Improvement in cohort % of BGE students achieving national standard in literacy and numeracy by the end of S3.
